Right of cancellation

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by return of the goods if they have been delivered to you before the deadline. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (if the same type of goods are supplied on repeated occasions, not prior to the receipt of the first consignment) and not prior to the fulfilment of our duty of information in accordance with article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Para 1 and 2 EGBGB (German Civil Code), as well as our duties in accordance with § 312e Para 1, P1 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term. The cancellation or the product return is to be addressed to:

Consequences of revocation:
In the case of an effective revocation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and if so derived profits (i.e. interests) are to be returned. In case you are unable to reimburse us either in total or partially or only in a deteriorated state for services received, you are required to offer a compensation of equal value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the good is attributed to its inspection, as it would have been possible in a retail shop. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by inappropriately used goods by refraining from using the goods as your property and by refraining from doing anything which could impair their value. Any merchandise eligible for shipping will be returned at our risk. You must bear the shipping costs when the delivered goods correspond to those that have been ordered and when the price of the returned goods does not exceed 40 Euro, or when in the case of a higher price you have not yet, at the time of the withdrawal, provided the compensation or have not paid a contractually conditioned partial payment. In all other cases the cost of returning the goods is borne by us. Goods not eligible for shipping will be picked up at yours. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins on the dispatch of the revocation or the goods and for us upon receipt of the same.
